REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Cancellations

Should you change your mind about your purchase, you have 12 hours after the purchase time to cancel your order. After 12 hours, orders are processed immediately to our warehouse for shipping. If your order has already been shipped, you must wait for the package to arrive and then send it back to us to receive a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Important Notes:

  • Do Not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (the address displayed on your package). You will not be eligible for a refund.

  • A tracking number must be provided for all returns.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times may vary.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at monclaroclothing@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if we have sent the wrong size by accident or if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at monclaroclothing@gmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement for free or process a refund, depending on your choice. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported within this window, we will not be able to issue a credit or replacement.

Shipping Your Return

To initiate a return, email monclaroclothing@gmail.com with your order number and shipping address. Once verified, we will reply within 24-48 hours with the authorized return shipping address and the steps to follow.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you typically ranges from 5-15 business days.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
