What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 2-4 business days to process and ship your order and then another 5-15 business days to deliver it to you. This mainly depends on your location; you may receive your order earlier. Please allow an extra 10 days during busy periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year). If you haven't received your order within 4-5 weeks, please contact us at monclaroclothing@gmail.com.

Do you deliver internationally and how much is shipping?

Yes, absolutely. We offer FREE delivery on all orders all over the world.

Where do we ship our products from?

We currently have warehouse and shipping facilities in Canada, Singapore, and China. We try our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you. In the event we are unable to do so due to limited stock, we ship from our main warehouse in China.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we provide a tracking number for every order dispatched. You will receive an email once your order is shipped containing your tracking information. Please allow 3-7 business days for your tracking information to become active and updated in the system.

I am missing some items in my order, what is going on?

Our items are sometimes shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. If your order contains items from different warehouses, they will arrive in separate shipments. The rest of your order will arrive shortly after the first package.

I have not received my order yet. What is taking so long?

International shipping can sometimes take longer due to customs clearance. We ask for 2-5 business days to prepare your item due to high order volumes. Our worldwide free shipping generally takes around 5-15 business days from the shipment date. If the estimated time has passed, please contact us at monclaroclothing@gmail.com.

I would like to cancel my order. What is your policy?

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery. Customers have up to 12 hours to cancel their order after it has been placed. If your order has already been shipped, you must wait for it to arrive and then send it back to us in its original condition. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

My order arrived damaged or defective?

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at monclaroclothing@gmail.com so we can arrange a free replacement or a refund.

The product is a different color than the picture on the site?

Due to differences in monitor settings (hue and saturation), there may be a slight difference in color between the item received and the picture on our website. If the difference is significant, please contact us to arrange a solution.

How does sizing work?

All of our products have size charts available in CM. Most products follow US / EURO sizing. If you have questions about what size to order, feel free to contact us at monclaroclothing@gmail.com with your height and weight for a recommendation.

Will I have to pay a customs fee?

By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages sent to you may require customs fees when they arrive in your country. We are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped.

Why am I being charged in USD?

Our store's primary currency is $USD. While we use a currency converter tool to show estimates in your local currency, all transactions are finalized in $USD. Your bank may apply a different conversion rate at the time of settlement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, and PayPal.
